Viasys physically installs networks, as a complement to our design and engineering practices. Network Installation is a broad term that includes several tasks such as:
- Equipment staging & warehousing
- Equipment burn-in
- Deployment to plan
- Tuning & attenuation
- Integration to core network
- Integration of network management system
- Integration of application(s)
- Field testing
- Client acceptance
We understand that wireless is the extension of the wire-line network, so we utilize a “whole system installation” approach. Viasys does install all versions networks, including point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and mesh systems. But true network installation goes beyond wireless to include switches, routers, network management software, fiber pulls, cabling and other needed components.
Additionally, different networks require different installation skills, certifications, or memberships. Therefore, Viasys provides installation services through a combination of in-house and subcontracted labor. Such requirements may include the use of union labor, proof of insurance, tower certification, background checks, or manufacturer authorization. Viasys works closely with clients to identify all authorizations, and then provides the most cost-effective solution to meet the installation needs.
After the deployment, Viasys can provide thorough training to clients, administrators, and users. Our staff is certified on the most sophisticated systems available today, and owns an extensive infromation base. Viasys also provides appropriate training materials to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
At Viasys, network installation and training are not afterthoughts. They are core service offerings needed for all deployments. Our crews are professional, prompt, and courteous to clients. We offer honest estimates, and stay on the job until completed. It is this commitment to client satisfaction that makes Viasys the leader among wireless network integrators.
