The corporate headquarters was moved to Lakeland, Fl. in early 2001 with Divisional offices in Albany, GA, Raleigh, NC, Chesapeake, VA and various project offices in the Eastern U.S.
The management team recognized a need for more professional service in the design and deployment of communication systems within the industries served and has focused on bringing advanced technology methods to better serve its customers.
The company has deployed some of the most advanced municipal city-wide wireless networks, not only for the interconnection of ITS devices but for public safety and public access networks.
Viasys has establishing strategic alliances with some of the most respected companies in the industry which include many fortune 100 companies, products manufactures and finance alliances.
Viasys was purchased by Charys Holding Company, Inc. in November 2005 and is the infrastructure division of Cotton Telecom, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Charys.
